When I decided to cancel my home insurance policy, Brad Young called screaming at me, taunting me, and asking if I value my own time, or other people's time. He fervently insisted that my business was a waste their time. When he finally let me speak I told him that I wouldn't have to cancel my policy if they could give me a better rate (they were twice as expensive as the company I'm currently with). And I quote him, "You just want it all, the best rate, at exactly the right time." Isn't that what they are in business for? I would never recommend their business to anyone; their behavior is unacceptable. If I were to act the same way in my line of work, I would be out of a job. I am glad I cancelled before I discovered how they truley treat their customers.
