Friendly, efficient, great with kids
I was very impressed with the staff at this facility. I took my son in for a physical and was out within a half an hour. The nurses and Dr. Martinez were very friendly, efficient and gentle and they and answered all my questions. I wish my primary care provider's office was like this. I highly recommend rapid Urgent Care in Burbank.

Terrible service
I've been to this place before and it was ok. The doctor was very attentive and it didn't take long to see the doctor, but today I had to take my husband there and that was no one in front of us waiting to been seeing. Even though after 45 minutes waiting (with nobody else in there besides the employees playing guitar and chatting) I went to ask for the doctor and was told that the doctor was "updating her charges" from the other hospital she worked for and that the secretary couldn't ask her how long she was going to take.
My husband was so mad, we canceled the appointment and walk away from it. Besides the facility seems ok, it was totally the doctor's fault who was doing something else but attending the sick people. Shame on her!!!!

Terrible service
I've been to this place before and it was ok. The doctor was very attentive and it didn't take long to see the doctor, but today I had to take my husband there and that was no one in front of us waiting to been seeing.
